• Senior Full Stack Engineer @ OnArrival (Nov 2025 – Present)

  • Building a centralized AI-powered travel support platform used by large fintech and travel companies, handling live chat, calls, tickets, and AI-driven agent coaching.

  • Built a live chat system (React + Node, monorepo packages) used across multiple client PWAs/hybrid apps, centralizing support for the travel team.

  • Created an internal real-time dashboard with live chat, call handling, async ticketing, and knowledge base, plus Sarvam AI call transcription & analysis for agent coaching.

  • Automated ~50% of repetitive live-chat work (schedule changes, FAQs) using an agentic AI system + Temporal for long-running workflows, freeing agents for complex issues.

  • Implemented MCP for clients with existing live chat, an internal context-ingestion dashboard, audit logs, auto-assignment, reassignment crons, and analytics optimized via MongoDB daily summary documents for real-time performance.

  • Set up multiple access points with Google Auth (internal) and Cognito (external), securing the platform across teams and clients.
