Exploring complex problems through science, computation and software.
I'm Uzi — a physicist, researcher and software developer exploring the intersection of physics, mathematics, computation, artificial intelligence and software engineering.
My projects range from scientific research and computational experimentation to security tools, automation and experimental software systems.
I enjoy working at the boundaries between disciplines:
- 🔬 Physics & scientific research
- 🧮 Mathematics & modelling
- 💻 Software engineering
- 🤖 Artificial intelligence
- 🌌 Computational science
- 🛡️ Defensive cybersecurity
- ⚙️ Automation
- 📊 Data analysis & simulation
I don't see these domains as isolated fields.
They are different ways of approaching the same process:
Understand the problem. Build a model. Test it. Learn from the result.
My research interests focus primarily on physics and computational approaches to scientific investigation.
I am interested in problems where mathematical reasoning, physical models and computational tools can work together to explore questions that are difficult to investigate directly.
| Field | Focus |
|---|---|
| 🌌 Physics | Physical models and fundamental questions |
| 🧮 Mathematics | Formalization, structures and mathematical modelling |
| 💻 Computational Physics | Numerical methods and simulations |
| 🔭 Astrophysics | Physical systems at astronomical scales |
| 🌠 Cosmology | Fundamental questions about the universe |
| 🤖 AI | Computational tools and scientific assistance |
| 📊 Data Analysis | Analysis, visualization and computational experimentation |
I try to keep a clear distinction between:
Observation
↓
Data
↓
Model
↓
Hypothesis
↓
Experiment / Simulation
↓
Result
↓
Interpretation
A simulation is not automatically an experiment.
A model is not reality.
A hypothesis is not a proof.
A computational result is not automatically a scientific conclusion.
Keeping these distinctions clear is an important part of how I approach research.
I am currently developing a large-scale, long-term research project in physics.
Rather than treating it as a single isolated experiment, I approach it as a growing research program involving theory, mathematics, computation and experimentation.
The general workflow is:

The research is still evolving.
Ideas, hypotheses and theoretical constructions are therefore treated according to their current status rather than presented as established scientific results.
The long-term objective is to progressively transform ideas into formal, testable and reproducible research.
Aletheia Lab is my research environment for developing, organizing and documenting scientific ideas.
The project is built around the combination of:
Theory + Computation + Experimentation + Verification + Documentation
- 🔬 Physics research
- 🧮 Mathematical modelling
- 💻 Computational experimentation
- 🤖 AI-assisted research
- 📊 Data analysis
- 🧪 Experimental workflows
- 📚 Scientific documentation

Aletheia is intended to grow alongside the research itself.
The objective is not simply to collect ideas, but to create an environment where ideas can be formalized, investigated, tested, refined and documented.
Abyss Company is the broader ecosystem connecting my software, security, artificial intelligence and research projects.
The idea is to develop projects independently while allowing them to become parts of a larger technical ecosystem.

Defensive Security
Security • Support • Automation
Aegis began as a Discord-oriented security and support bot.
The project explores the integration of security intelligence, automation and community-oriented tools into Discord.
- 🛡️ Security-oriented utilities
- 🔎 URL and domain analysis
- 🦠 Threat intelligence lookups
- 🌐 Security intelligence integrations
- 🤖 Automated assistance
- 📢 Security-related announcements
- ⚙️ Discord automation
- 🔗 External API integrations
The project has experimented with integrations including:
Discord
VirusTotal
Shodan
urlscan
OpenAI
The purpose is to make useful security information more accessible through an automated interface rather than requiring every user to manually query several different services.
Defensive File Analysis
Aegis Analyzer extends the Aegis ecosystem toward dedicated defensive analysis.
The project focuses on analyzing files and potentially suspicious artifacts and transforming technical observations into structured evidence.

- Evidence over assumptions
- Structured observations
- Reproducible analysis
- Explainable results
- Clear separation between indicators and conclusions
The long-term direction is to expand Aegis beyond a single analyzer toward a broader defensive analysis platform.

ITERATION
A project does not have to be perfect before it becomes useful.
It needs to be understandable enough to be improved.
Interesting ideas are worth exploring, but they should remain distinguishable from verified results.
Whenever possible, research and computational results should be documented so that the process can be understood and reproduced.
A failed experiment is still information.
A model that does not work can reveal something about the assumptions behind it.
Ideas become more useful when their origin, assumptions, methodology and limitations are recorded.
A few distinctions matter across both science and software:
Facts ≠ Hypotheses
Hypotheses ≠ Proofs
Models ≠ Reality
Simulations ≠ Experiments
Results ≠ Conclusions
The goal is not to avoid uncertainty.
The goal is to understand where the uncertainty comes from.
My current work revolves around several connected directions:

The projects presented here are intended to evolve over time.
Potential directions include:
- More advanced scientific simulations
- Larger computational research systems
- AI-assisted scientific workflows
- Advanced defensive analysis
- Research-oriented software infrastructure
- Open-source scientific tools
- More extensive security automation
- Integration between computation, AI and scientific research
The direction of each project will ultimately be determined by experimentation, development and validation.
I am interested in the boundary between what we know, what we can calculate, what we hypothesize, and what we do not yet understand.
That boundary is where science becomes interesting.
And it is also where software becomes a tool for exploration.
Explore freely. Formalize carefully. Test relentlessly.
