Adds a newcomer guide and README entry point. It explains the portable audiopump-to-platform-driver boundary, the normal I2SOut API, and firmware integration alongside audiodsp.\n\nValidation: local Markdown links, git diff --check, and bash -n tests/run_probes.sh passed.
