Builds software that survives time, scale, and misuse.
Full-stack software engineer contributing to OpenDDS, the open-source implementation of the OMG (Object Management Group) Data Distribution Service (DDS) standard used in real-time, distributed systems across defense, aerospace, robotics, and industrial control. My work focuses on the UpdateManager component; auditing and fixing unchecked CDR (Common Data Representation) extraction paths that affect message deserialization reliability. I also maintain a rotating open-source track across PX4/MAVLink and libplctag to build broader depth in autonomy and industrial-protocol systems.
What I work on
- OpenDDS: improving reliability of real-time data distribution for distributed systems
- PX4-Autopilot / MAVLink: contributing to open-source autonomy and drone communication software
- libplctag: improving industrial equipment communication and control software
- Day-to-day role: building internal business applications and tools
