[Request] Canonicalize identifiers in the formatter

Implement a feature in the formatter to canonicalise all identifiers to match the first appearance / declaration.

DIM MyFoo = 10
print myfoo ' convert to MyFoo

[laofu71]

It would be even better if this feature could update all variable names at once when you change one.
