• Operations: Direct exposure to healthcare system workflows, bottlenecks, and coordination challenges. Weekend/holiday shifts at Sanatorio Finochietto give real-world perspective on institutional operations.
• Systems Thinking: Approaching health system fragmentation as an optimization problem—not cost-cutting, but improving traceability, reducing redundant work, and better information flow between actors.
