2D / Zones and signals alignment

@hamed-musallam If you zoom in we ware expected to be exactly at 1.00 1.00 but not everything is correctly aligned. There may be a bug (like / (n-1) or something like that)

What exactly is not aligned: the contours, the zones, the signals, or something else?

I drew the zone manually. It is correctly aligned with the axis. So I think what is not aligned is that the contours or the spectra themselves are not aligned.
