Disable bluetooth on index? then sync upon a key combo

hello! I'm assuming this would either go in the mobileapp repo or maybe the OS repo. but basically. im weird. and id like to not have a bluetooth emitting device wrapped around my finger all day. any chance tap and hold to record, but then triple tap to enable bluetooth and sync? in all other cases. id want bluetooth off.

example. I go away on vacation for the weekend. no phone (i know crazy) but still wanna take notes. then come back i wanna triple tap and sync. on a day to day basis. same thing. i dont want this device scanning for bluetooth all day long.

the ring has a limit of how many notes can storage if not sync with the phone. not sure if it will overridden or stop storing.
so if you go on vacation with the ring and takes notes but you don't have the phone in the entire vacation, you cannot take notes indefinitely.

i totally understand that. i get the ~5 minute limit. that still means i have about 50 notes to take over a weekend. just want a way for the bluetooth to not keep being on
