Feature Request: being able select multiple processes for elevation as a one off

When running a non elevated process (e.g. unigetui manager) that runs other processes that elevate, I would like to deny elevation for the child processes, and cache their details - e.g. full executable and command arg details, environment variables

Then in gsudo preapprove these child processes for a one time elevation, then rerun the non elevated process
