new logo:

@smcki012 I blurred the needle a bit, I think it works well to give it a "motion" appearance. I think the rest of it needs to be anti-aliased or something, though. edges are jagged.

and the icon-size, which I just made based on the coincidence that "hp" happen to occur in the center of the gauge thing. It's possible this looks like crap, but for now I think it's better as a twitter avatar than having the whole thing crammed into 73x73 pixels
