I work at the intersection of law and technology: cybersecurity compliance, privacy law, AI governance, and third-party risk management. Currently Cybersecurity Compliance Program Manager for the City of Bellevue, WA, leading enterprise cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance compliance for a municipal government serving 160,000+ residents, with policy aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, including AI/LLM governance frameworks.

Before that: an information-security program protecting journalists and civil society organizations in high-risk jurisdictions (Internews), incident-response and regulatory-compliance work as an attorney (Lewis Brisbois), Fortune 500 cyber-risk consulting (Deloitte), and security operations at an academic medical center (Dartmouth-Hitchcock).
