Add a consistency checker as a GitHub Action

For beginners, wording is crucial. Talking about extensions on one page and about modules on another can be highly confusing. We should implement a GitHub action that makes sure we are consistent in our wording.

Haven't seen one. As the docs have been generated with GPT-3.5 and a very simple promt, we might achieve better consistency with the newer models and a better approach in prompting.
