Description
Fixes #287
This adds Ontheia to the existing "Adding MCP config to your client" section of the README.
It links to Ontheia's setup documentation and clarifies that the same
NOTION_TOKENandOPENAPI_MCP_HEADERSconfiguration shown in the README can be used with Ontheia.Notes
As it involves the README, there was no test, just checking if the site is indeed correct with the link, I also used the command related to Prettier to facilitate the work and clean
