MelkOnline’s AI-first product-and-engineering direction was first proposed by 👤 Ali Babaei, CTO, in April 2025. After an interim conventional build and pilot, the direction was adopted in August 2025; AI began to be used directly in MelkOnline development, and Ali proposed the new AI-first product architecture and began architecting the agentic engineering organization that followed.
