Hey, I’m Sara, a Senior ML Engineer @IgnotaLabs!

I have a PhD from The Alan Turing Institute in ML for multi-omics data integration! I currently build foundation models, agents and pipelines for toxicology and cheminformatics in drug discovery. I'm also very interested in drug perturbation predictions and would love to collaborate in this space.
