Commit e3f746e intentionally deleted docs/adr/, but the repository still contains broken links and instructions telling contributors and agents to read, create and follow those ADRs.
Remove the stale references from CLAUDE.md, docs/agents/domain.md, docs/agents/triage-labels.md, site/typedoc.jsonc and src/test-support/pi-image/Dockerfile. Where an ADR contained useful reasoning, replace its citation with a short explanation or a reference to current documentation. Do not restore the deleted ADR directory.
