The queue behind 0.12.0 — deferred as a decision rather than an omission. Two items need a design call before they can be sized: #94 (rooting the handler so a reused BuildMcpServerOptions() server can emit list_changed) and #100 (whether a roots-less graph is published stale or current). The rest are sized defects and two small docs gaps. Features and the design-heavy completion work stay unmilestoned until this one is cut.
No due date•0/9 issues closedMCP 2.x, and session isolation that actually holds. The ModelContextProtocol 2.2.0 migration (#51, PR #71) is the defining change and already merged. It made MCP state per-connection while Scoped DI services were still one instance shared by every concurrent session, so this release finishes that story rather than opening a new front. Cut line: the keystone is PR #74 (one DI scope per session). Beyond it, only defects in what just shipped, the diagnostics needed to see them, and the two public-surface corrections that are free before a stable cut and cost a deprecation cycle after it. 0.12.0 is cut stable via `nbgv prepare-release`. Release notes are generated from PR titles only (there is no CHANGELOG), so every PR in this milestone needs a title a consumer can read cold, and durable guidance belongs in the owning docs/ page.
